Located in the Panchvati Annex area of Nashik the project is a Platinum certified Project by IGBC (Indian Green Building Council) & first 6 star rated project by CRISIL in North Maharashtra. The project is spread across more than 18 acres of prime land in one of the fastest growing educational suburbs of Nashik. Out of the total expanse of land on which the project stands, more than 80% is attributed to vast open & landscape areas. The project is divided into 10 separate clusters and created in the form of spirals that signify growth and evolution, with every cluster sharing its own community space.

Large trees were planned, sourced and planted immediately. Lawn mounds and slopes were tempered to gently follow the existing gradient. Activities like a planted maze, a lily pond, skating rink, tiered seating, stage, large play areas, a lavish well equipped Club House and a large patterned pool, landscaped podiums are among the many that are offered.
